Emphasizing the importance of place in design, Allen-Guerra's approach acknowledged the client's love of European architecture in the Alps and the desire to create a home to blend with Breckenridge's Rocky Mountain style. Beams accented with ironwork connect stone walls with wood floors in one of the architect's favorite projects to date. Ethan Guerra of Avalanche Construction built this home.
